Or, ici, le document d\u2019informations pr\u00e9contractuelles remis par le franchiseur ne contenait aucune donn\u00e9e sur la vitalit\u00e9 (d\u00e9clinante) du r\u00e9seau de franchise, ni sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience (minime) du franchiseur. Or, ces informations, si elle les avait connues, l\u2019auraient convaincue de ne pas signer le contrat de franchise\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Exact \u00bb, confirme le juge : ici, le franchiseur a bien dissimul\u00e9, avant la signature du contrat, des informations essentielles qui auraient pu d\u00e9cider la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 ne pas signer le contrat de franchise.
